HERMÈS mors de bride earrings | WHISTLES verity backpack | TOPSHOP halterneck crop top | TOPSHOP heart appliqué bra | GARNIER perfect blur
Over the last few months I have been obsessed with silver jewellery and large hoop earrings which I barely take out. Thus when I saw this pair from Hermès in Vogue I immediately fell in love. Not only are they good quality (some of my current pairs have gone from silver to a dull copper) but they have an equestrian inspired detail at the top of the hoops, giving a simple yet unique look.
So I am starting my second year of uni in September, and its a tradition of mine to purchase a new bag as part of my back-to-school/uni shopping. I have been eyeing up this backpack from Whistles because it's large enough to fit a laptop plus several A4 sized books AND looks chic. Backpacks are a new amazing discovery of mine, as I can have both hands free and save my shoulder, which I have definitely damaged over years of carrying heavy shoulder bags.
Next I chose this crop top from Topshop as I don't own a halterneck but I think they look super flattering yet chilled. As we are entering the cooler months, the ribbing justifies buying a more summery style, and it would look great with a pair of high waisted jeans or trousers.
How cute is this bra? The pastels have a girly, innocent vibe, whilst the intentionally placed appliqué hearts give a cheeky edge. Totally unnecessary but too aesthetically pleasing to give a miss!

My Benefit Porefessional Primer is on its last legs and while I love the formula, at £24.50(!) I don't love the price. So I have been scouring the internet for blog posts and reviews and according to my research, the Garnier Perfect Blur is the current best dupe. It's a fraction of the price and I can't wait to try it out. Perhaps it will appear in a future favourites post.
And if you didn't know, I am hosting a lil giveaway at the moment! If you like jewellery and high end nail polish click here :)
I absolutely love the backpack! I just returned to college a couple of weeks ago myself. I've been using a shoulder bag to carry my books, but I really think I need to invest in a cute leather one like the one you've pictured!
ReplyDeleteYes, leather backpacks are such a good investment!!
DeleteI'm going into my third year of uni and have been planning on buying a backpack, the Whistles one you chose is amazing! I love the earrings too. Would be great if you could check out my recent fashion post? :)
